A wire armature is firstly made and then locally sourced British wool is wrapped around and formed using Felting needles to compact and sculpt the surface. Hand stitched detail adds further texture and colour.
Each needlefelted badger sculpture is entirely handmade and measures approximately 15cm tall and 25 cm long. Yours will be made as close to the one pictured here as possible, but please note that each will vary slightly due to their unique nature.
The badger can stand separate from the ceramic base.
