All our UK delivery costs are included in the main onscreen product prices, unless clearly stated otherwise (e.g for furniture and larger items). You will not have additional delivery charges added on at the checkout.
Estimated delivery times are given with each product on each product page - please check these carefully. Some items are held in stock, whilst some are made to order. We’ll all work very hard to meet the delivery times quoted on our site, but please bear in mind that these are estimates and postal services aren’t always as reliable as we’d like them to be. At times of public holidays (e.g Christmas and Bank Holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
Our Maker's stock levels change regularly so we may actually be able to deliver quicker than the quoted delivery time. Please do get in touch if you'd like to ask about a speedier delivery service.
We use national courier services and Royal Mail, depending on the type and size of craft ordered. A signature is sometimes required on delivery. Some of our Makers choose to deliver their work in person.
Please note that if you choose to pay via PayPal, we will still follow the delivery times as set by our makers on our website, and not any set by PayPal.
Some of our Makers are happy to ship to Europe, USA and further, and you will find their shipping options on their product pages. Simply select these to adjust the price to include your shipping zone before adding to basket. Please note that delivery times will be a little longer. If you need something by a specific date please do let us know.
The correct international shipping fees must be selected on our product pages and paid with your order before despatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any import charges/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations.
If you are outside of the UK and are interested in ordering something that does not have an international shipping option on the product page please do not proceed with a purchase. Please contact us first and we'll check whether international delivery is available.
Careful waste management is very important to our company and we use as much eco packaging as possible. Our tissue paper and labels are environmentally friendly and we encourage our Makers to recycle boxes and padded envelopes. We want you to be happy with the standard of packaging used and welcome any feedback.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. We can't be held responsible for any delivery problems that may arise due to incorrect address details. A lot of couriers require a signature on delivery. If you indicate that a package can be left at your home or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk. Some couriers do not like to leave parcels unless signed for by the customer, so we can’t absolutely guarantee delivery if you are unable to receive the parcel yourself.
