A turquoise and yellow ceramic bowl or vase handmade in my free style design from my Ting Zing II collection.
It has a lead-free transparent gloss on the inside, so it is water tight for fresh flower display.
Coloured clay decorating slips have been brushed and dripped on in layers on the leather hard clay body. After bisque firing, the bowl is glazed on the inside and then fired again to 1180°C with an hour long soak at the top temperature.
It is 9cm high.
The matt outside surface can be cleaned with a soapy sponge and hot water.
All pieces are individually handmade by Rowena in her Brighton studio and have her signature mark on the base.
