A unique, collectible piece of artwork that can be worn as a brooch or displayed on your wall, mantel, dressing table.
This embroidered brooch of the Polish painter Tamara De Lempicka is a one-off. The base fabric is cotton and I have hand stitched with cotton, linen, acrylic, rayon, wool and silk threads sourced from independent and vintage sellers. Dimensions: 8cm x 6cm.
The setting is punch holed silver with hanging loop and brooch pin. The silver setting is handmade by a jeweller using 925 sterling silver, sourced from Cookson Gold; Birmingham’s leading bullion dealer.
I no longer do commissions on stitched work. Only one Tamara De Lempicka brooch available.
You will receive your goodies in a branded presentation box, beautifully wrapped with care instructions.
Commissioning a piece of work is really exciting – it is a chance to have something made especially for you and an opportunity to really engage in the creative process.
Perhaps you need accessories to go with a particular outfit or a piece of furniture to fit a specific space in your home. We can work with you to design something truly unique. You’ll be able to discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes with the Maker and together create a piece of craft, handmade for you.
This is just a first step, so don't worry, there’ll be plenty of chances to discuss details before finalising a commission.
