This is a tall vase in a new shape to allow space for different designs on each side of the vessel.
At the initial unfired stage colour slip, reactive slip is painted on and areas are incised.
Once fired some areas are glazed and oxides are painted into the incised lines to create the finished look.
This stoneware vase is 26cm tall x 14.5cm long x 7cm wide.
