This simple elegant necklace is formed of hand shaped rectangles planished with my Granddad’s old workshop hammers and linked together with ‘Lichen’ twists in sterling silver and 18ct gold.
The rectangular links are inspired by Monolith standing stones and the twist links are inspired by a refined design of Pixie Cup lichens.
The Synthesis collection brings together the themes of Lichen and Monolith creating a strong visual design conveying the idea of historic handworked craft and the human connection to place.
Made from recycled sterling silver and 18ct recycled gold, the necklace is 16 inches long and approximately 1cm wide.
