The Odds and Ends Series includes a range of unique tactile framed works - each encompassing a variety of mixed media and unusual materials all embroidered by hand onto a base textile shape.
Embroidery artist Jessica Grady creates her own unique sequins, beads and embellishments to adorn her pieces by dyeing, fusing and painting materials to give them a fresh lease of life.
Each framed work is mounted in a white painted box frame without glazing. The frames are all strung with D rings for easy hanging.
These unique pieces of textile art will add a joyful pop of colour and pattern into any home!
Including the white wooden box frame this piece measures approx 19cm x 19cm x 3.5cm.
(Other designs in same size available).
Commissioning a piece of work is really exciting – it is a chance to have something made especially for you and an opportunity to really engage in the creative process.
Perhaps you need accessories to go with a particular outfit or a piece of furniture to fit a specific space in your home. We can work with you to design something truly unique. You’ll be able to discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes with the Maker and together create a piece of craft, handmade for you.
This is just a first step, so don't worry, there’ll be plenty of chances to discuss details before finalising a commission.
