A one-off hand built stoneware vase with mono printed clay slips.
This is a tall cylinder vase decorated using mono printed clay slip at the greenware (unfired) stage. Once fired, wax is applied to some areas to resist the glaze. The resulting finish is satin matt.
These vases work well in groups as they are tall and narrow, and although individual they have a collective feel in the colour and design.
This predominantly blue vase measures 5.5cm diameter x 26cm high.
