Lightweight and subtly textured handmade silver earrings with an 18ct gold detail. The gold signifies the importance of the human connection to our beautiful natural landscapes and how tightly our lives were once bound to the rhythms of the land.
I make these earrings by soldering small lengths of silver and gold wire together before forming them into open circles then texturing and polishing the finished pieces.
These earrings measure approximately 35mm diameter. They're inspired by lichen forms and attract a lot of attention. A great alternative to a standard hoop earring.
