A wheel-thrown lemon squeezer made from white stoneware with a yellow coloured slip and snippets of my late grandmother’s handwriting.
Each lemon squeezer is thrown in one part, which is then carved and decorated with yellow slip to imitate the juice of a lemon after it’s been squeezed. The lemon squeezer reads ‘Juice 1 lemon’.
Approximate dimensions: H 7cm x W 11cm.
Food safe and dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
