These elegant dangly earrings are part of my collection Interrupted Patterns.
The intricate pattern and shape make them delightful to wear. The earrings have an irregular shape, are heavily textured, gently curve towards the back and have sterling silver hook ear-wires at the top. They are decorated with a delicate leaf, dot and stripe pattern, using 24ct (fine) gold in the ancient technique of Keum-Boo. The pattern is reminiscent of the decorations on ancient Greek ceramics.
These earrings are handmade from recycled sterling silver, recycled 24ct (fine) gold (Keum-boo). All jewellery is hand-made by myself in my workshop and all pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
They are approximately 30mm long x 20mm wide; ear-wires: 0.8mm diameter.
Commissioning a piece of work is really exciting – it is a chance to have something made especially for you and an opportunity to really engage in the creative process.
Perhaps you need accessories to go with a particular outfit or a piece of furniture to fit a specific space in your home. We can work with you to design something truly unique. You’ll be able to discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes with the Maker and together create a piece of craft, handmade for you.
This is just a first step, so don't worry, there’ll be plenty of chances to discuss details before finalising a commission.
