These simple, stylishly intricate necklaces have been inspired by the handicraft textile technique of crocheting.
Instead of the traditional yarn, I have turned sterling silver trace chain into a patterned fabric necklace by looping with a hooked needle. Also available in oxidised silver.
This crocheted trace chain necklace has a slightly smoother, finer knit than that of the belcher crocheted version.
These necklaces can be worn everyday, but would also make a beautiful bride or bridesmaid's necklace, or a gift for a special birthday. I have matching bracelets available to go with them.
This necklace comes with an adjustable chain extension from 16-18 inches and is approximately 3mm wide. The silver disc at the end has been imprinted with French knitted wire.
