The fleeting visit of anemones is part of heralding in springtime. The form and textures of this print captures the delicate nature of each flower head and leaf.
This artwork is inked, and printed, by hand, from botanicals, which I have taken time to grow, select, then carefully press, so as a mono print it is entirely unique.
This print is 29.8cm x 20.8cm and is unmounted and unframed. The paper used is luxurious Somerset 300gsm using soy based, non-toxic, Cranfield inks. Numbered and signed in pencil.
With my mono prints, each print is individually pulled. It is a method which is both beautiful and unpredictable, adding character to each unique design.
Commissioning a piece of work is really exciting – it is a chance to have something made especially for you and an opportunity to really engage in the creative process.
Perhaps you need accessories to go with a particular outfit or a piece of furniture to fit a specific space in your home. We can work with you to design something truly unique. You’ll be able to discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes with the Maker and together create a piece of craft, handmade for you.
This is just a first step, so don't worry, there’ll be plenty of chances to discuss details before finalising a commission.
