My knitwear is beautiful and infinitely wearable. Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to design detail and quality of finish, so garments fit and fabrics drape beautifully, and each piece is designed to suit, fit and flatter women of all ages, shapes and sizes.
To create a piece, I work with a domestic knitting machine - comparable to a weaver’s loom - and with silk, linen, viscose and cotton yarns in various combinations. My knitted fabrics and textures are developed after much time spent exploring stitch, yarn and fibre combinations in experimental knitted and dyed samples. I mix different fibres, yarns and colours together to achieve the colour, texture and drape I’m looking for. Many of my garments and scarves are hand dyed or hand painted, so no two are ever quite alike.
Commissioning a piece of work is really exciting – it is a chance to have something made especially for you and an opportunity to really engage in the creative process.

You’ll be able to discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes with the Maker and together create a piece of craft, handmade for you.
